§ 1 Contractual partners and business relationships

CONSULTINGHOUSE AMC International GmbH not only acts as a brokerage platform, but in many cases also handles delivery itself using our company-owned tank fleet. Through our website, we connect heating oil customers with our partner dealers and also offer a flexible delivery service directly from our company. This allows our customers to benefit from both direct ordering from our partner dealers and reliable delivery through our own logistics network.

Purchase contracts and associated claims exist primarily between the partner dealer and the purchaser/user. If CONSULTINGHOUSE AMC International GmbH acts as a direct supplier, we ensure professional processing and timely delivery.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract

By clicking the „Buy now“ button, you place a binding order for the selected product. You will receive a confirmation of receipt immediately after submitting your order.

The purchase contract between you and Pwnage UG or one of our partner retailers is only concluded with a separate order confirmation via email or telephone outside of our platform. This confirmation will be sent within five days at the latest.

§ 3 Withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing heating oil, as the price is subject to fluctuations in the energy and raw material markets. According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 8 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal for consumers is excluded in this case. Therefore, cancellation of the contractual declaration of intent is not possible.

§ 4 Prices and shipping conditions

Invoicing is based on the specified delivery quantity. If the actual delivery quantity falls short by more than 10%, the partner dealer can adjust the price accordingly. For bulk orders, the quoted price only applies if the delivery locations are within 15 km of each other. Special delivery conditions or a required hose length of more than 40 meters must be specified when placing the order. The heating oil quantity is billed precisely using a calibrated flow meter on the tanker truck, temperature-compensated to 15°C.

§ 5 Payment by invoice

If the user is offered the payment method „invoice“ or „cash on delivery,“ this requires a positive credit check by our partner dealer or CONSULTINGHOUSE AMC International GmbH. New customers are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the order value.

§ 6 Technical malfunction

CONSULTINGHOUSE AMC International GmbH does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website and the ordering system. No liability is assumed for any interruptions or resulting damages.

§ 7 Market information – Legal information

All market information, charts, and price information on this website are subject to the rights of Pwnage UG. Storage, reproduction, publication, or distribution to third parties, as well as any commercial use, is prohibited without express written consent. Despite careful review, no guarantee can be given for the accuracy of the information provided.

§ 8 Liability and warranty in general

CONSULTINGHOUSE AMC International GmbH assumes no liability or warranty for agreements between users and partner dealers. In particular, any responsibility for the nature, quality, or availability of the agreed services, as well as for any resulting direct or indirect damages, is excluded. By submitting a binding order, users confirm the accuracy and completeness of their information. GAD-FKC UG reserves the right to verify this information at any time through its own audits.

§ 9 Online Dispute Resolution Platform

Alternative dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation and Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG):
